Miners (Australia) - Soft Focus
Starting as a one man bedroom recording project,
Miners has recently expanded into a four-piece
band. With a sound that explores the noiser, spacey
side of indie rock, Miners’ carry on the legacy of
bands like Sonic Youth, My Bloody Valentine and Lilys. They have so far shared the stage with the likes
of King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard, Day Ravies,
Zeahorse and Lowtide. An EP has been recorded and
is due out soon.

He learned to draw before he learned to walk. He picked up his first guitar at age four.
Since then, Savard never stopped expressing his feelings through art. Savard studied communication
arts, graphic design and fine arts. For the last 20+ years, he lived and worked across North America,
experimenting with music, fine arts and applied arts.
I use images and sounds to share beauty.
